Le colline sono in fiore (Hills in Flowers) and Riso e rose (Rice and Roses) are both events held in the month of May, which make a great opportunity for visitors to get to know Cella Monte and the Monferrato.
Maggio Ciondolo (Swinging May) is another Springtime event, with live classical music each Sunday afternoon in May, performed by young musicians from different national and foreign conservatories.
Di Grignolino in Grignolino (From Grignolino to Grignolino). La Casaccia takes part in this event, organised by the Slow Food Association in June. Participants can visit about twenty wineries in the Monferrato Casalese region and taste the best Grignolino wines ... and not only those.
Fiera del Tartufo (Truffle Fair). On the first Saturday and Sunday in November there is a conference on the subject of truffles and a tasting of excellent dishes, prepared by the Pro Loco tourism organisation.
Camminare il Monferrato e in bici nel parco naturale del Po (Walking through the Monferrato and Hiking in the Regional Park of the Po-Plain). In spring and autumn it is very pleasant to walk or hike on the tracks signposted by the Italian Alpine Association. Every year some guided tours are organised with stopovers in farmhouses and villages; the tours are listed on the corresponding website.
